James R. Latronica, DO, FASAM

James R. Latronica, DO, FASAM received his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine.

He has a deep interest in activism, and his lay writing and interviews on addiction and harm reduction have appeared in both regional and national outlets.

He is currently an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and of Family Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and, clinically, he treats patients for behavioral health concerns, Substance Use Disorders, and multifactorial pain syndromes.
